Buy It Now (BIN)

A fixed-price purchase during a live show: the buyer taps buy and pays the listed price instead of bidding.

Buy It Now, usually shortened to BIN, is a fixed-price sale inside a live show. Instead of opening bidding, the seller lists the item at a set price and the first buyer to tap buy gets it. BINs trade the drama of an auction for speed and certainty, and they catch the buyers who want the item but do not want to fight for it.

A well-paced show mixes both: auctions for items where competition can push the price, BINs for items with a known market value where speed matters more. BINs are also how many sellers move volume between auction lots without slowing the show down.
