Terms of Service
Last updated July 23, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and LiveStreamPro for using our website and app. Please read them: by using the service, you agree to them. They are effective as of the date shown above and are being finalized with our legal counsel.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using LiveStreamPro, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
LiveStreamPro provides software that helps live sellers capture sales, form orders, print shipping labels, manage buyers, and see their numbers across supported live marketplaces. We may add, change, or remove features over time to keep improving the product.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use LiveStreamPro. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, trials & billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Here's how billing works:
- Recurring, in advance. Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, for each billing period, on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your payment is processed by Stripe.
- No proration. When you upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan, we do not prorate the current period. The change and its price take effect, and you keep the access you already paid for through the end of the current period. We don't issue partial-period credits or charges.
- Free trials. If a plan offers a free trial, here's exactly how it works: the trial runs for the length we show you before you start, and unless you cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription. Your first charge happens on the day the trial ends, at the price we showed you upfront. If a trial requires a payment method to begin, we tell you that, and the date of the first charge, before you start; if it doesn't, we'll tell you what's needed to keep going when the trial ends. Either way, we email you as your trial's end approaches so the conversion is never a surprise, and you can cancel any time before then, from your billing settings in the app or by contacting us, at no charge.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless we say otherwise; where we're required to, we'll add applicable taxes.
- Price changes. We may change our prices. If we do, we'll give you advance notice before the new price applies to a renewal, so you can decide whether to continue.
5. Automatic renewal & how to cancel
Your paid subscription automatically renews so your service doesn't get interrupted. We want this to be clear, not a trap:
- It renews until you cancel. At the end of each billing period, your plan renews for another period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.
- You consent before we charge. We show the recurring amount, the billing frequency, and that it continues until cancelled before you subscribe, and you agree to it as part of checkout, not through a pre-checked box or fine print.
- Cancelling is easy, at least as easy as signing up. You can cancel any time from your billing settings in the app, or by contacting us. There's no phone call or retention hoop to jump through.
- When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what is and isn't refundable.
6. Refunds
Every plan starts with a free trial, so subscription fees are not automatically refundable once you're on a paid plan, with the fair exceptions (billing errors like duplicate or wrong-amount charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and case-by-case goodwill refunds at our discretion) set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Payment disputes & chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first. We can almost always sort it out faster than your bank can, including issuing any refund you're due under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first (for a charge you actually authorized and a service you used) is a breach of these terms. We keep detailed transaction and usage records (your billing history, sign-in and usage logs, cancellation records, and our correspondence with you), and we may present them to your bank or card network as evidence in a dispute. While a dispute is open, we may suspend your account until it's resolved.
8. Connected marketplaces
LiveStreamPro works alongside third-party marketplaces (such as Whatnot) that you choose to connect. You are responsible for complying with those marketplaces' own terms and policies. We are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any marketplace, and we are not responsible for their services, availability, or decisions.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using it.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or copy the service except as allowed by law.
- Use it to send spam, malware, or abusive content, or to scrape or overload our systems.
10. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the data you bring to or generate in LiveStreamPro. You grant us the permissions we need to host, process, and display that data to operate the service for you and to provide support. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Our intellectual property
The LiveStreamPro software, brand, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. These terms don't give you any rights to our name, logos, or trademarks.
12. Service availability
We work hard to keep LiveStreamPro reliable, but we don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may need to take it down for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, and parts of it depend on third-party marketplaces we don't operate. Where we offer a specific uptime commitment, it will be stated separately in writing.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate, and we don't control the third-party marketplaces it connects to. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that aren't expressly stated here.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveStreamPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
15. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we stop offering the service. When access ends, the sections of these terms that should reasonably survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and payment-dispute obligations) will continue to apply.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and LiveStreamPro agree to the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute, except where your local consumer-protection law gives you rights that can't be overridden.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
